ABOUT ME
Kate Davis Caldwell creates paintings and drawings that encompass the ethos of the natural world. Concepts of adaptation, growth, decay and the sublime are investigated and explored in her work. Always influenced by landscape and the surrounding environment, she unravels the complex, natural world.
Kate earned her MFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York, and her BA in Studio Art from the University of Vermont. She has exhibited extensively and work is held in both corporate and private collections.
She works and lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and son.
